- $7,500 for a new roof 50-year 3-D Architectural Shingles, up to 2,000 square feet
- Additional square footage is eligible for a discount, ask service provider for details. 1,000 square feet will cover many townhouse completely
- Service provider will not go higher than 2 stories
- Roof pitch fraction cannot be greater than 7/12 pitch
- Roof pitches greater than 7/12 can be done for an additional $2 per sq foot
- Offer includes: installation includes tear-off of 1 layer, haul away debris, inspect roof decking, minor roof deck repairs, installation of new drip edge, new ice and water guard on eves and valleys on roof, install new synthetic underlayment, installation of new ridge ventilation, install new 50 year use architectural shingles, install new flashing, pipe collars, install new shingle over ridge vent, clean all gutters for debris, will use magnets for nail cleanup
- Offer excludes: $60 extra for a rotten plywood replacements
- Warranty: lifetime warranty on parts and labor
